RETURNS POLICY ... Please advise our sales office of any returns, damages or faulty goods within 24 hours so that we can deal with your request promptly. Certain items are exempt from our free returns policy. These include consumable items that could be part-used. Other exclusions include items that are normally sold in sealed packaging or items where personal hygiene may be potentially compromised.
